The composition of wastewater in the printing and dyeing industry is complex, and the residual dyes and auxiliaries are highly colorimetric and toxic. Traditional treatment methods do not completely decolorize and produce a large amount of sludge. An old printing and dyeing factory joined hands with Zibo Aixiang Industry and Trade to adopt a non-ionic polyacrylamide combined with a homemade decolorizer.
In the regulating tank, the decolorizer reacts with the dye molecules to destroy the chromophores; during the flocculation stage, the non-ionic polyacrylamide captures the decolorization products and suspended impurities in one fell swoop to form a compact precipitate, and the chromaticity of the effluent is reduced from hundreds of times to less than 50 times, almost colorless and transparent, effectively removing toxic substances such as aniline and reducing the burden of biochemical treatment.
The company's environmental protection specialist said with emotion: "Aixiang products are essential for the green transformation of the printing and dyeing industry. The compliance of wastewater allows companies to expand production with peace of mind, and the reduction of sludge reduces disposal costs. Complaints from surrounding residents have been reduced to zero, reshaping the company's environmental protection image and ensuring sustainable development."
